The class is for all levels.
Registration will be at 6.45pm and the class will start at 7pm. The class will last for 90 mins and will conclude with meditation and relaxing herbal tea.

In the western world we are led to believe that we have 1 body and 1 mind. In eastern anatomy its taught that there are 10 bodies. A soul body, a negative mind, a positive mind, a neutral mind, a physical body, an arc line, an aura, a pranic body, a subtle body and a radiant body.
Each body has specific gifts that manifest when it is strong and deficit tendencies when it is weak. Your caliber is determined by your balance of these 10 bodies. You can strengthen any of the 10 bodies by noticing which body is out of balance and engaging in the technology that strengthens that body.
To understand how each of the 10 bodies manifests when fully developed then its important to examine the lives of the 10 gurus. By seeing how each personified the virtue associated with that particular body.
All disease and illness first exists in the energetic and spiritual 10 bodies before it manifests outwards. We can make ourselves healthier and prevent disease by strengthening and balancing these 10 bodies.
A sincere practice of Kundalini Yoga can work to balance and activate the 10 bodies all at once.
