Welcome to the first of three workshops looking at what stress and anxiety means for you, where you can start to develop a range of strategies to help you to deal with the experience of these. At this first workshop, you will learn about what anxiety and stress means for you and how your mind and body reacts to it. You will learn new ways to help manage it through various techniques, such as breathing exercises, meditation and visualisation.
If you want to make a change in your life and feel less stress and less anxious, this workshop can help towards changing your circumstances. To improve your life, you need to change yourself to improve your circumstances. To get different results, you have to do new and different things. Don’t see change as something hard that must be done – see it as something helpful that can be done. This workshop will help you make a start to changing your life and circumstances. The workshop will give you an opportunity to focus fully on what you need to help manage stress and anxiety better.
