Join Dave for a fun-filled tour of the Ashtanga Primary Series, taking time to play with jumping back, and jumping through in the vinyasas, and some of the more challenging asana in a relaxed and friendly environment. followed by an introduction to pranayama (breathing techniques) to enter a state of meditation and relaxation.
Suitable for all levels of experience, be prepared to jump, sweat, laugh, and then relax!
