Limited pay as you go option available at £6 per session from this week for the remainder of the 5 week course after which, we will begin a new course if there is enough demand for the session to continue.
— Circuit training is an excellent way to improve your overall fitness, you achieve an all over body workout as all muscle groups are targeted during the session
You will work at a high intensity rate at each station for short bursts with recovery exercises between each station, this style of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is proven across the industry to be an effective way of:-
— improving your overall fitness and lung capacity
— increasing muscle strength, tone and endurance
— fat burning during and several hours after you finish training
My circuit session is suitable for all fitness levels and each exercise can be modified to suit your individual levels of fitness, so don’t let the term ‘High Intensity’ put you off!
During the 5 week course, you will have the option of tracking your own progress using the personal data cards which will be provided, you choose the area’s that you want to improve, eg, muscle strength, muscle tone, core strength, inch or weight loss.
If you would like to work in a motivational, energetic, group exercise environment and you are determined to achieve your fitness goals in 2018, then this is the fitness class for you.
All equipment is provided but you will need to bring plenty of water and a towel.
ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR:
Sharon is a qualified fitness instructor, personal trainer and group fitness Exercise To Music instructor. She has a passion for fitness and loves to share this passion and see others achieve their fitness goals.
She is a Level 3 member of the Registered Exercise Professionals REP’s (membership no R0128443)
