The session will give you a greater personal insight and a clearer overview of meditation and mindfulness as well providing you with tools you can use in your everyday life that will aid you along your journey in establishing a disciplined practice; a practice that can help you de-stress, sleep better and bring peace into your life.
Mindfulness is about awareness, finding our breath and experiencing the present moment as it is. One begins to become aware of their body, thoughts, emotions and their environment. Becoming more aware is the first step in treating ourselves with more compassion and being able to grateful for what we have and for where we currently are in life. With this new mindset even simple daily activities like washing the dishes or an outdoor stroll can become a powerful meditation.
